Chakra's

Beyond our physical body exists a whole world of energy, that even though you cant see it, it still heavily influences your life.

A key aspect to this energy field are “chakras”.

These chakras are fundamental to your wellbeing. So much so that without this energy system functioning at a healthy rate, your physical, emotional and mental well being may be in jeopardy. 

Chakras are energy centres that are known as your non physical self. 

Think of your physical self as the part of you that you can see in the mirror and think of your non physical self as the part of you that you cant see in the mirror but nevertheless equally as dominant and equally as critical to your health. 

This is why when you meet someone you get a “vibe” from them.

For example, have you ever been around someone and by merely just being in their presence feels calming and/ or uplifting? This is that person’s energy field that is radiating outward. Sometimes this energy is described as a “vibe”, “aura” or even “demeanour”.

Furthermore, have you ever met someone and for some inexplicable reason, they just feel “off or you just don’t feel good being around them? This too is that person’s energy field.

When this energy system is functioning healthily, adequate energy circulates in and out of the body. This movement of energy is what keeps our biological systems alive and well. These chakras are taking subtle energy into the body and transforming that into biological energy that your body can use for fuel and to sustain itself.

An analogy that I like to use to explain this is, think of the chakras as “computer chips”. Meaning that within each chakra can contain information that your body uses to communicate that information throughout your body, mind and your soul. When a “chip” is malfunctioning, this will impact on you as a whole and you will not function at full capacity. 

When all chakras or “chips” are healthy and flowing the rest of your health will be able to function at its full capacity. 

What happens then is phenomenal - you will be able to unlock gifts and talents that you may not have known were there, or perhaps you didn’t because your chakras were blocked.
