Working for myself allows me to not only assist you psychologically, but also guide you spiritually which I am unable to do in mainstream counselling. 

I use a range of intergrative therapies focusing on CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). 

I help you to break down barriers and limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Other techniques that will be established and applied during and throughout the session as the techniques chosen will always be tailored to suit each and every individual for the utmost successful outcome.

I am an accredited counsellor and have trained with the Institute of Applied Psychology. I am also a certified Reiki Therapist and Natural Intuitive. My philosophy is treating an individual as a whole as I believe that all parts of a person are interconnected and cannot function at full potential unless all parts of the mind, body and soul are integrated and treated as one.

Counselling is the process of professionally assisting an individual to make positive changes in their life, their mind and behaviour. 

I work with a range of therapies during a session including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). During my sessions whilst in mainstream counselling, I would subconsciously read my clients energy field and pick up on things in their life that others (and sometimes themselves) did not know. This is when I had a sudden realisation that I had a unique skill or gift, if you will. Therefore, I decided to combine my qualification and my intuitive abilities to be able to help clients on a deeper level. 

I pride myself in my practise being ethical in every way. You will never leave my space "empty handed" in the respect that not only am I here to heal you, but also give you tips and tools to work with while your at home that can become lifelong coping strategies for you to heal yourself. 

There is a reason that I provide this extra touch with my work. 

Apart from the fact that I am passionate in my practise, I am genuine and ethical in what I do. Therefore I also want to empower you to become the best version of you and I want you to be able to sustain your healing journey. 

Whilst I'm here to assist and support you on your healing as frequently as you wish, I believe that the best therapist's will also give you the tools and confidence you need to continue to heal yourself whilst coaching you along the way until you feel you don't need my service anymore. The truth is that you hold the capacity deep within you to heal, to grow, to shine, to level up.  I am here to help you unlock that potential and power within you.
